I think a lot of people are a little fed up with all the fad diets out there and your advice is sound - thinking about what you are eating (and whether it is really what you want!), making time for regular exercise because it makes you feel good, eliminating some of the junk foods and eating whole foods - all great things for a healthy lifestyle.

As someone battling with emotional eating myself and finally winning it is refreshing to focus on health and how I feel rather than counting every calorie I eat. Making some key choices like you suggest can have a great impact.
