Just today, it was announced that Mattel has recalled more toys.
The recalled toys contain lead based paint and strong magnets; both of which can harm children. Infants and toddlers are at the highest risk, due to the fact they have a tendency to put everything in their mouth.
The CPSC, (Consumer Protection Safety Commission), has a current list of all of the recalled toys.
Here’s a link to the . CPSC.
Make a copy of all of the recalled toys. Check the toys your children own, ensuring that your children are safe.
According to the CPSC, the remedy listed is: “Consumers should immediately take these recalled toys away from children and contact Mattel to receive a voucher for a replacement toy of the customer’s choice, up to the value of the returned product.”
Please note, the list is long and includes many types of toys. It’s imperative that you take the time to review all types of toys being recalled by Mattel, and get them away from your children.
