		<description>Soybean is amazing.  It can be used so many places to create healthier alternatives. 

I often go to the nearby vegetarian hole-in-the-wall eatery, and they serve all sorts of dishes with the fake meat made out of soybeans. It actually tastes better than meat sometimes. I am not a vegetarian, but I got hooked with what they serve. 

Having said that, I heard that in Japan, genetically modulated soybean imported from the US is the big public concern. Many products in the store have labels claiming they are not using genetically modulated ones.  

Are you familiar with this issue?</description>
