Dr. Oz – Oprah – Anti Aging Tips and Green Drinks

Today, 11/5/07, Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen, made a repeat performance on Oprah to continue discussing their anti aging plan.

More techniques to get you feeling better, were highlighted, based on what’s written in their book You: Staying Young: The Owner’s Manual for Extending Your Warranty.

Among the ideas discussed on today’s show were:

Detoxing your home of unhealthy chemicals

Increasing your bone density by using weights, and avoiding alcohol and tobacco

Incorporating Dr. Oz’s “green drink” into your diet. The green drink, includes items such as spinach , apples, celery and cucumbers.

I remember that in this show it was mentioned that particular plants placed in your home could help freshen the air. Can anyone remember the names of those plants?

    • Hi Barbara,

I don’t remember anything from the show about someone who had cancer, but this is one of the recipes Dr. Oz shared on Oprah. Now that Dr. Oz has his own show, there may be more on his website, as well.
