My shoulder is sore
I do not know why
It hurts my arm
When I try to reach high

It could be a bruise
It could be bursitis
It may be a tendon
Or maybe arthritis

Some days it is painful
Some days it is not
I could try capsaicin
But that’s stinky and hot

I could call the doctor
I could call a nurse
But I recently discovered
The problem’s my purse.

    2. It could be a posture in typing your computer. Are you familiar with Alexander method? It is all about the bad habits we develop in our posture and usage of our body, and how to fix them.

    You are so right about proper posture, and bad habits we develop. I’ve never heard about the Alexander method, but will do a search for that.

    I love handbags, and Fossil is one of my favorites, as they make a handbag that is light, before adding all of my stuff to it.
