<p>The subject of today&#8217;s show was an anti-aging checklist.</p>
<p>Dr. Oz shared with Oprah and the audience, the benefits of the following items, and how they may reverse the affects of aging</p>
<p>1)  Anti oxidants</p>
<p>2)  Teas &#8211; Green and White</p>
<p>3)  Red Wine &#8211; in moderation</p>
<p>4)  Spices &#8211; such as Cinnamon, turmeric,  paprika, cayenne pepper, rosemary</p>
<p>5)  Fiber &#8211; work up to 25 grams a day</p>
<p>6)  Omega 3 fatty acids</p>
<p>7)  Exercise, including Yoga</p>
<p>8.) Stress Reduction</p>
<p>9)  Finding a passion in life</p>
<p>10) Meditation</p>
<p>11) A good night&#8217;s sleep</p>
<p>12) Vitamins</p>
<p>13)  Oral (mouth) hygiene, including regular flossing</p>
